Add/change/delete a legal person

Click on “Create card” in the database of legal person

The difference to a natural person is that when you create a legal person you do not have to assign a profile to the person. There are no profiles for legal persons.
For legal persons there are a number of mandatory fields, which are indicated with notes on the left side and green marked fields, just like for a natural person.

In the “General Information” section, there is a grey box in the first line asking you whether the legal person is your customer. If you answer the box with Yes, a new field will automatically appear in which you must enter the date on which the business relationship begins.

Each time you leave an area, the system automatically saves your changes.

To make changes to a person, you must select the person from the list of legal person and click on “Open/Edit”.

To delete a person, select the person from the list of legal person and click on “Delete”.
